Gits Food’s Thank You Bhaiya campaign is back for Raksha Bandhan
The "Thank You Bhaiya" campaign by Gits Food has made a heartwarming return this Raksha Bandhan. An intellectual property owned by Gits Food, this campaign goes beyond the traditional celebration of sibling bonds, focusing on acknowledging the lesser-known brotherly figures in our lives—those who protect, guide, and stand by us, even if they aren’t related by blood. Whether it's the delivery person who goes the extra mile or a neighbor who always looks out for you, these unsung heroes deserve recognition. Gits Food has been running this campaign around Raksha Bandhan for the past few years.
This year, the campaign film aims to resonate with a slightly younger audience. Through this initiative, Gits Food encourages everyone to take a moment to say a heartfelt "Thank you, Bhaiya" to these special people. The film beautifully captures the essence of these unique bonds, reminding us that brotherhood comes in many forms. By sharing a Gits Gulab Jamun, a symbol of sweetness and togetherness, the campaign invites people to celebrate these cherished relationships in a meaningful way. It’s a touching reminder that even the smallest gestures, like offering a sweet treat, can have a profound impact.
Creative Agency Togglehead, along with its Production Division Togglehead Studios and Director Saad Nawab—the team behind the "Thank You Bhaiya" campaign—have continued their work from previous iterations, once again capturing the essence of brotherly bonds in a heartfelt way for Gits Food.
“At Togglehead, we are passionate about creating campaigns that connect deeply with people’s lives. 'Thank You Bhaiya' embodies our vision to celebrate the unrecognized bonds that shape us. This campaign is particularly special to us, as it allows us to honor those everyday heroes with a message of inclusivity and heartfelt gratitude" said Aatef Bham, Co-Founder and Director of Digital, Togglehead.
Gits started the #ThankYouBhaiya campaigns back in 2017 taking Raksha Bandhan beyond just siblings and cousins. It’s a campaign very close to our hearts. This year we are back with another heartfelt video that reminds us of the several Bhaiyas that often go unnoticed. Also establishing that Gulab Jamun is undoubtably every Bhaiyas favourite mithai!
