HCL Infosystems buys major stake in NTS Group

HCL Infosystems Limited services and ICT system Integration Company, have aanounced the buyout of 60% stake in NTS Group, a leading IT services and Solutions Company based in Dubai.

NTS, a 'total solutions' provider ranging from IT hardware to software services and consulting, has partnered with leading enterprises in the region building customised solutions for a host of business needs. Specific areas covered by NTS include: computer hardware, enterprise software solutions, infrastructure and networking solutions, e-security solutions and web development services. With the addition of NTS, HCL Infosystems will now expand its global footprint in the Middle East and African market with direct operations to address the system integration and services need in these regions.
