Hindujas pull content biz from IndusInd Media

Hindujas Ventures' media subsidiary company IndusInd Media & Communications Ltd is moving out of its content business into a separate entity.

According to the reports, in the demerger process, cable movie channel CVO, cable shopping network Shop24Seven and movie licensing through Cablemaster will be housed inside IN Entertainment.

Reorts say that IN Entertainment plans to invest Rs 2.5 billion over three years, the company is into content development, financing and production.
