HUL appoints Rajneet Kohli as new Foods Executive Director
Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) has announced the appointment of Rajneet Kohli as the new Executive Director of Foods, effective April 7th, 2025.Kohli will join the company's Management Committee, succeeding Shiva Krishnamurthy, who is departing to pursue an opportunity outside of HUL.
Kohli brings to HUL over 28 years of experience in the consumer goods and retail sectors, with a proven track record of driving high performance and transformation.Most recently, he served as CEO and Executive Director at Britannia, where he played a key role in strengthening the company's position within the competitive food and bakery market through product innovation, brand building, and digital capability development.Prior to Britannia, Kohli held leadership positions at Jubilant Foodworks, The Coca-Cola Company, and Asian Paints.
