Indian Media Exchange's (IMX) new avtar is "VivaKi Exchange'
VivaKi Exchange is a new avtar for Indian Media Exchange (IMX) - a media investment unit. IMX was formed in 2007 to leverage the combined scale of offline and online media for - Starcom MediaVest Group, ZenithOptimedia India and Solutions Digitas which now has been rechristened as VivaKi Exchange.
Ambika Srivastava, Chairperson VivaKi Exchange (India) said, "IMX in its new avatar as VivaKi Exchange presents strategic opportunities for the team to leverage its powerful scale in India. The VivaKi Exchange platform enables us to amass and supplement resources as well as invest in delivery of new tools, capabilities and technology platforms to clients in this dynamic and growing market."
The VivaKi Exchange will be lead by Mona Jain as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Mona, who was until recently India Head (Strategic Investments), has been rewarded for her excellent contribution to the growth of IMX.
Mona will be working with a stellar team comprising Sejal Shah who is being elevated to Executive Vice and will be responsible for content and partnerships and Shikha Mahajan who joins VivaKi Exchange as Vice President ' Expansion and Alliances amongst others.
On her appointment as COO, Mona Jain said, "It has been an extremely rewarding experience to work in such challenging times. Today's market dynamics and vast media landscape including the integration of both offline and online opportunities coupled with the strong influence that the "VivaKi Exchange' will bring to the fore will be game changing. I am looking forward to the new panorama that VX will unfold for clients and the community alike."

VivaKi Exchange has earned the Groupe - a strong client base of almost 200 clients across India. As of now VivaKi Excahnge is present in the cities of Mumbai, Delhi, and also plans to create a strong presence in Chennai and Bangalore and going ahead in - Hyderabad, Kolkata and Pune.
The VivaKi Exchange is an enterprise of traditional and new media buying functions. Today, it faces the market with powerful scale - nearly $60 billion globally, and leverages it to achieve more efficient and effective opportunities and pricing for clients.
VivaKi Nerve Center (VNC) is launched today which will bring cutting-edge technologies that will provide a huge competitive advantage to - Starcom Mediavest, ZenithOptimedia & Solutions-Digitas in the months to come.
Pavan Chandra is taking over as the MD of VivaKi Nerve Center, in India. His focus will be on bringing VNC products and opportunities like AOD and the Pool to this market, launching new products to scale, as well as managing and developing relationships with media partners.
