Transition of one form of technology to other is what this one can be called for sure. The largest chain of Swiss watches stores across the country - Ethos Swiss Watch Studios has now launched the latest Vertu phone ' Ayxta Constellation in India.

However this is not the first time the techno savvy phone has been launched. It was initially brought in to the foray by mobile phone giants Nokia, projecting the phone as device that would be "bringing artistry and personal significance to an everyday object, elevating it to the level of the finest timepiece". And it was this launch that made Vertu a must to have accessory among many well known International celebrities like - Madonna, David Beckham and Gwyneth Paltrow.

With the improvisation of technology, it was only obvious that a tool like a mobile phone would not be just remaining a tool of communicating in the literal sense. It was bound to go beyond the boundaries of its idea of invention. And now mobile phones have become status symbol largely speaking about the lifestyle of individuals. From handbags to sunglasses, shopping now includes looking out for mobile phones as well.

Undoubtedly, because the phone is known for its expensive material of gold, sapphire and hand crafted excellence; Vertu falls in the category of most sought after luxury phones. And adding to the things that catches the eye in the first instance only, Constellation Ayxta is its first hand-made in Britain flip phone. The stainless steel body, aluminum detailing and leather elements of the phone along with a special featured Nokia ceramic keypad and a sapphire crystal screen is certainly to make a few heads turn around. The phone's internals are based on quad-band 3G and sports an EU friendly micro USB port for market.

The mobile phone also provides a year free concierge service as "Vertu Concierge" that would offer a 24 hour access to a lifestyle designer who would be able to manage one's style, and the other day to day stuff such as reverting back to queries as and when required, ensuring the wife gets flowers on anniversary and the children are picked-up from the school.

The latest collection of Vertu is available at all Ethos Summit stores across India. The phone would include the on-board GPS, and to help one locate places for travelling needs. The Ayxta is the first Vertu phone to offer Vertu's City Brief putting one up to date with all the significant places and events of the area. The pre-loaded exclusive ring tones composed by Grammy-nominated English electronic act Zero 7 seems to be the perfect icing on the cake.
