Joy n Crew appoints Sangram Ghorpade as CEO, Abhinav Chandra as CSDO

Premium travel company Joy n Crew has taken a significant step towards its ambitious growth plans with the appointment of two seasoned leaders, Sangram Ghorpade and Abhinav Chandra, who played key roles in the success of Cox & Kings.
Sangram Ghorpade, former Senior Vice President at Cox & Kings, has been appointed as the CEO of Joy n Crew. With over two decades of experience, Sangram has a proven track record in scaling businesses, expanding retail footprints, and forging successful international alliances. During his tenure at Cox & Kings, he led the expansion of its franchise network from zero to 170 outlets across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities, driving over 25% annual growth in sales and profits. His leadership in operational efficiency and customer relationship management is set to play a pivotal role at Joy n Crew.

At Cox & Kings, he was instrumental in leading customer service initiatives and driving improvements in service operations. His experience in Six Sigma methodologies and digital transformation has earned him numerous accolades, including the prestigious Pinnacle Star Award.
