Lay's Becomes Official Sponsor for FIFA World Cup 2026 and Women's World Cup 2027

Lay’s has been named an Official Sponsor for both the FIFA World Cup 2026 and FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027, expanding its previous role as a Regional Supporter during the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 and a Tournament Supporter at the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023.

As an Official Sponsor, Lay’s, along with its portfolio of brands such as Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Ruffles, Cracker Jack, PopCorners, Quaker, and Gamesa, will offer fans exclusive experiences, merchandise, and consumer activations. The FIFA World Cup 2026 will make history with 48 teams and will be hosted across Canada, Mexico, and the United States, while the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027 will be held in South America for the first time.

At both tournaments, Lay’s will introduce a "Fan of the Match" initiative to recognize dedicated supporters at every game. The brand will also engage fans globally through in-store and digital promotions leading up to the events. Additionally, Lay’s and its food brands will be visible on LED stadium boards, press conference backdrops, and FIFA fan zones across host cities.

Ramon Laguarta, Chairman & CEO of PepsiCo, expressed his excitement: "Olé! Thrilled that Lay’s and our foods portfolio are now Official Sponsors of both the FIFA World Cup 2026™ and the FIFA Women's World Cup™ 2027. Together, we’re going to bring smiles to football fans around the world, taking them closer to the game than ever before with new ways to watch, cheer, and – of course – snack. Which team will you be rooting for?"
