McDonald’s debuts gourmet burgers with AI-powered twist

 
McDonald's India – North and East has unveiled its latest culinary innovation, The Signature Collection, a premium lineup of gourmet burgers crafted to redefine quick-service dining. With an emphasis on elevating classic McDonald’s flavors, this collection aims to captivate the growing demand for premium offerings in the Indian market.

 

To amplify the excitement, McDonald's launched the 'Imagined in AI' campaign, allowing customers to engage with the brand like never before. Using AI technology, McDonald’s invited customers to provide input that generated stunning AI visuals of their ideal gourmet burger. Participants also had a chance to earn Signature Collection reward card benefits.

 

Speaking about the launch, Rajeev Ranjan, Managing Director of McDonald's India – North and East, said: "Our Signature Collection brings together the finest ingredients for an unforgettable dining experience. Each burger is meticulously crafted to deliver a multi-sensorial delight, elevating McDonald's signature flavors to gourmet standards."

 

The Signature Collection: Quality and Indulgence Redefined

McDonald’s invested in sourcing premium ingredients and creating unique burger offerings for this collection. Highlights include:

• Potato Buns: For the first time, McDonald's North and East India introduces soft, fluffy water-split potato buns, adding the perfect balance to the juicy patties.

• Gourmet Veggies: Toppings include tangy gherkins and exotic vegetables like red cabbage and lettuce, providing a fresh and crunchy bite.

• Gourmet Patties: The vegetarian burger boasts a molten cheddar cheese patty and a flavorful corn and cheese patty, while the non-vegetarian option features a 100% chicken filet for a savory treat.

In addition to the delectable flavors, customers dining in will enjoy the Signature Collection experience with burgers served on wooden paddles and complimentary fries, while crew members wear exclusive Signature Collection uniforms to enhance the premium feel.

Menu Highlights:

• Grand Cheese (Veg): Two patties—one molten cheese, one corn and cheese—topped with smoky roasted chipotle sauce, crisp gherkins, lettuce, and red cabbage in a soft potato bun.

• Grand Chicken (Non-Veg): A juicy chicken patty with mayo, cheese, and crisp veggies, all encased in the signature potato bun.
