Monster.com to introduce its monthly employment index

This monthly employment index is already live in US and Europe. The index is based on a real-time review of employer job opportunities complied from a representative selection of corporate career sites and job boards, in India.

According to the reports, the monthly employment index will be a monthly analysis of India's online job demand.

The index is expected to capture top industries that are hiring, online hiring activity, region-wise hiring activity, local hiring activity as well as most-wanted occupational experiences.
