Nestlé India Announces Leadership Changes, Effective January 2025

Nestlé India has announced several leadership changes within its senior management team, set to take effect from January 1, 2025, pending necessary approvals.

Rajat Jain, currently serving as the Business Executive Officer (BEO) of the Foods Business, will be taking on a significant leadership role within the broader Nestlé Group. In his place, Rupali Rattan, who currently holds the position of BEO for the Chocolates and Confectionery Business, has been nominated to succeed Jain as BEO of the Foods Business.

In turn, Gopichandar Jagatheesan, currently BEO of the Dairy Business, has been nominated to take over as BEO of the Chocolates and Confectionery Business, succeeding Rattan.

Additionally, Manav Sahni, who is currently the Category Business Manager for Chilled Dairy, Ready-to-Drink (RTD), and UHT products, will step into the role of BEO of the Dairy Business, succeeding Jagatheesan.

These leadership transitions reflect Nestlé India's continued commitment to fostering growth and innovation across its key business sectors.
