Network 18 welcomes Sanchayan Paul as CHRO-Designate

Network 18 has appointed Sanchayan Paul as the new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)-Designate. With an illustrious career spanning over 25 years, Sanchayan brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the role, having successfully navigated various industries and roles.

Sanchayan joins us from Modenik Lifestyle, a prominent PE-backed enterprise. His distinguished career includes significant tenures at Reliance Industries, Thomson Reuters, Eicher Consulting Services, Hutchison Essar Telecom, and Vodafone. In addition to his corporate achievements, Sanchayan ventured into entrepreneurship, founding KaryaMitr—a tech-enabled platform focused on skill-building and training for the vernacular workspace.

Sanchayan holds a postgraduate degree in management from XLRI Jamshedpur and an undergraduate degree from Delhi University. He has also completed the Digital Business Leadership Programme from Cornell University, further enhancing his leadership capabilities in the digital age.

At Network 18, Sanchayan will initially spend several weeks familiarizing himself with the organization’s geographical, linguistic, and platform complexities. During this transition period, he will be mentored by Sakthi, who has been instrumental in establishing Network 18’s robust, systems-driven HR structures over the past eight years.
