News18 Studio elevates S Shivakumar as the CEO

As per sources close to Adgully, S Shivakumar has been elevated as the CEO of News18 Studio. He will continue to report to Puneet Singhvi, CEO – Digital & President – Corporate Strategy at Network 18, and Avinash Kaul, CEO, Network 18 (Broadcast). Ganesh Iyer will continue to be responsible for ideation according to an internal email. 

In addition, Sidharth Saini has been elevated as the Chief Operating Officer of News18 Studio and will oversee the events business.

Sahil Shetty has been promoted as the CRO – News18 Studio for News18.com and Moneycontrol.com. Don Zarrar has also been elevated as the CRO – News18 Studio for Business News & Firstpost.

Branded content revenue will now be overseen by Janardhan Menon for the General News Business, particularly CNN News18 and other general news channels. Branded content revenue for Overdrive and Forbes will be spearheaded by Teby Sebastian. Branded content revenue from startups will be helmed by Hemanth Kumar from emerging businesses and startups.

Moreover, Manprit Sardana has been promoted as the Chief Operating Officer – Network IPs and Palette, and will be reporting to Santosh Menon while collaborating closely with Puneet Singhvi and Avinash Kaul.
