Nexzu Mobility celebrates World Bicycle Day
Nexzu Mobility, an ingenious urban transportation solution provider, is celebrating World Bicycle Day by collaborating with the ‘Pedal up Mumbai’ initiative. Organized by Smart Commute Foundation & University of Mumbai – Centre of Distance & Online Education in partnership with Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan (NYKS) Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Maharashtra & Goa State, the initiative is focussing on fostering sustainable mobility options. The ride was started today by Vinod Mittal, Founder, Nexzu Mobility and Chintamani Sardesai, Business Head, Nexzu Mobility, from University of Mumbai at 07:30am.
The annual event witnessed a participation of nearly 600 cyclists which include enthusiasts, environmental advocates, gig workers and community members for celebrating the World Bicycle Day. The ride travelled through the scenic route of the city and ended at Sofitel Hotel in Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC). All the participants took joy of the shared passion for cycling and committed for promoting it as a sustainable mode of transportation.
Nexzu Mobility also gave away their electric cycles to female house helps to promote women empowerment who are in pursuit of being self-dependent and earn their livelihoods.

Following the ride, all the participants were honored for their contribution towards the cycling community. Along with this, a safety and wellness session was also organized to promote safe riding amongst participants.
