Paree's #EaseHerWorkFlow champions period-friendly workplaces

Paree Sanitary Pads, a leading feminine hygiene brand by Soothe Healthcare, is on a mission to improve women's experiences during their periods, this time focusing on the workplace. In conjunction with Menstrual Hygiene Day, Paree Sanitary Pads launched the #EaseHerWorkFlow campaign, an extension of their ongoing #Pareevartan initiative promoting menstrual hygiene awareness, education, and empowerment.

The campaign highlights the need for supportive work environments through the #PeriodFriendlyWorkplaces movement. Research by CIPD indicates that nearly half (49%) of women don't disclose menstrual-related absences to their managers, reflecting the lingering stigma surrounding menstruation. Furthermore, a staggering 67% of employers lack menstrual health policies.

Paree Sanitary Pads' #EaseHerWorkFlow campaign features a film that emphasizes the importance of creating a more dignified and comfortable experience for women during their periods, not just socially but also professionally. The film advocates for active participation and supportive measures to normalize and address menstruation openly. The brand is leading by example by introducing a Period Work from Home Policy, allowing women the flexibility to work remotely during their menstrual cycles. This acknowledges the unique challenges faced by women and aims to provide the support and flexibility needed to maintain productivity and well-being.

The campaign extends beyond just menstrual products. #EaseHerWorkFlow underscores the crucial role men can play in supporting their female colleagues. By fostering an inclusive and understanding work environment, advocating for menstrual health policies, and openly discussing menstruation, men can significantly contribute to a more equitable and supportive workplace for all.
