What was the inspiration behind starting this company?
The inspiration behind starting our company was to provide international quality and research-based products in the Indian market. We recognised the need for niche products that were difficult to find in India and aimed to bridge that gap.
How would you describe your start-up’s mission and vision? What are the long-term goals that you’re aiming to achieve?
Our mission is to provide every customer with a world-class experience, and our vision is to establish our ‘Make in India’ brand as an international name. In the long term, we aim to expand our market presence, enhance customer satisfaction, and become a globally recognised brand known for its quality and innovation.
What differentiates your product or service from others in the market?
Our products stand out due to the exceptional quality of ingredients we use and the unique and best flavours we offer. We prioritise sourcing the finest ingredients and focus on delivering a superior taste experience that sets us apart from others in the market.
What unique value do you offer to customers?
We provide our customers with holistic support to achieve their fitness goals. In addition to our high-quality products, we offer free consultation with nutritionists, free diet plans, and educational resources. We aim to empower our customers with the knowledge and assistance they need to lead a healthy and active lifestyle.
What is your target market and customer segmentation strategy? Who are your ideal customers, and how do you plan to reach them?
Our target customers include athletes, sports enthusiasts, fitness enthusiasts, and gym-goers. To reach them, we employ various strategies such as social media marketing, influencer partnerships, targeted advertisements, and offline channels like gyms, retailers, fitness coaches, nutritionists, and doctors.
What are the biggest challenges that you’ve faced so far in building your start-up? How have you overcome them, or how do you plan to address them in the future?
One of the biggest challenges we’ve faced is providing a quality product at affordable prices in the price-sensitive Indian market. To overcome this, we educate our customers about the value of quality and the associated costs. We aim to strike a balance between affordability and maintaining the high standards we are known for.
How do you stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies? How do you incorporate them into your start-up’s strategy and product development?
We have a dedicated R&D and product development team that constantly monitors industry trends and emerging technologies. They conduct research to identify ongoing concerns and develop innovative solutions, either by modifying existing products or launching new ones. By staying proactive and adaptable, we ensure that our start-up’s strategy and product development remain aligned with the latest advancements in the industry.
What would be your message for budding entrepreneurs?
My message for budding entrepreneurs is to focus on the quality of their products. By prioritising quality, you can establish a strong foundation for your business and build customer trust. Additionally, identify your target audience and launch targeted marketing campaigns to increase your return on investment.
