‘Singham Again’, ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’ snag mega OTT deals ahead of theatre release

This Diwali will see a mega clash between two highly successful franchises, as Ajay Devgn’s ‘Singham Again’ and Kartik Aaryan’s ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’ will be releasing on November 1. Both the movies are highly anticipated by cine fans ever since they were announced.

Now, even before these two movies hit the theatres, they have grabbed headlines for another reason.

As per latest reports, a leading OTT platform has snapped up the satellite, music and digital rights of ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’ for a whopping Rs 135 crore.

On the other hand, a big OTT platform has bagged the satellite, music and digital rights of ‘Singham Again’, part of Rohit Shetty’s cop universe, for Rs 200 crore.

Starring Kartik Aaryan, Vidya Balan, Triptii Dimri and Madhuri Dixit Nene, ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’ has already created a buzz after its teaser released recently. The film is directed by Anees Bazmee and produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar and Murad Khetani. The makers are now planning to launch a trailer and promotional activities soon.

‘Singham Again’ will see Deepika Padukone and Arjun Kapoor join the cast comprising Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Ranveer Singh, and Akshay Kumar. The official trailer of the film is likely to release in the next few days, however, several behind-the-scenes pictures from the film’s shooting are out already, exciting movie fans. ‘Singham Again’ is produced by Rohit Shetty and Ajay Devgn along with Jio Studios.
