Sriram Padmanabhan appointed Head of Health Care Business at Dabur

Dabur India Ltd. has announced the appointment of Sriram Padmanabhan as the new Head of Health Care Business. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors on April 7, 2025, following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.  

This announcement comes as Philipe Joseph Haydon, the current Head of Health Care Business, is set to superannuate. His cessation from services will be effective from the close of working hours on July 1, 2025.  

Padmanabhan's appointment is effective from April 7, 2025, or another date as may be deemed fit by the Executive Director - HR of the Company.  

Sriram Padmanabhan, aged 45, brings over 21 years of extensive experience in Marketing, Sales, Strategic Planning, and P&L Management to his new role. He holds a B.E. in Electronics & Communication from MD University (2001) and a PGDM from Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon (2003). His professional journey includes positions at reputed organizations such as Abbott Nutrition, GSK Consumer Healthcare, Kimberly Clark Lever, Times Internet, and Danone India, where he most recently served as Marketing Director.
