Stampede at Bangaluru!

Runners for Life held the Lucozade Sport Urban Stampede on Sunday morning at Clarks Exotica on Airport Road in Bangaluru. Nearly 1200 runners in almost 300 relay teams of 4 runners competed in the relay run event with great enthusiasm making the 3rd edition of the Urban Stampede a great success. The teams slugged it out for the title of "Fastest running Corporate Team" in the country.

The 3 different categories for the Corporate Leg of the Lucozade Sport Urban Stampede were:

· Mixed Category ' The Fastest Team with a mix of men and women (in any configuration)

Of the registration fees collected, 10% will be handed over to RFL's Charity Partner, Dream a Dream. Dream A Dream (www.dreamadream.org), is a registered charitable trust that seeks to empower children from vulnerable backgrounds by developing life skills and at the same time sensitizing the community through active volunteering, leading to a non-discriminatory society where unique differences are appreciated.
