Tata Motors' Anurag Mehrotra steps down from Vice President role

Anurag Mehrotra, the Vice President of International Business and Strategy for Tata Motors' Commercial Vehicles division, has reportedly stepped down from his position. As per media reports he is set to join JSW MG Motor in February as the new CEO.

Mehrotra joined Tata Motors in October 2021 after a long tenure at Ford India, where he served as Managing Director for around 14 years. He left Ford following a major restructuring that included the closure of manufacturing facilities and discontinuation of the company's current vehicle lineup. Prior to this he has also worked as Vice President - Corporate Marketing for 3 years.
