TIMES NOW announced the winners of the first ever 'TIMES NOW- FOODIE AWARDS

India’s leading english news channel, announced the winners of the first ever ‘TIMES NOW- FOODIE AWARDS’ at a glittering ceremony held in Mumbai, on Sunday. The awards celebrated The Foodie’s journey over the last 5 years commemorating the best cuisines and establishments across the country.  

 

The event, which was attended by the who’s who in the F & B industry and the glitterati and chatterati of Mumbai and Delhi, was hosted by Kunal Vijayakar and Cyrus Sahukar. Mr Yash Chopra, the creative genius of our times was the Chief Guest and presented the Legend Award and the Lifetime Achievement Award. At the event Mr. Yash Chopra confessed his love for good food and said that Movies and Food were the two passions of his life.

 

The awards felicitated the patrons of Indian food & beverage industries from across India whose delicacies have delighted the Indian taste buds for years. The expert Jury Panel comprising of Chef Joy Bhattacharya (Executive Chef – Trident), Rashmi Uday Singh (Food Critic and Writer), Anjan Chatterjee (Restauranter) and Kunal Vijayakar (The Foodie) travelled across the country meeting the nominees and identified the final winners for each category
