Uninor in its 1st month added 1.2 mn mobile users

Norway's Telenor ASA which owns majority of India's Unitech Wireless Ltd, added 1.2 million mobile users in its first month of operation.

Uninor the telecom brand of Telenor and Unitech in India launched its mobile services in December'09 in 8 out of India's 22 telecom zones.

As per guidelines, the company has submitted its monthly numbers to the Telecom Regulation Authority of India (TRAI), and the Cellular Operator Association of India (COAI).

The way mobile subscriber base is increasing in India, we can just hope Ab inka number hai.
