Sharma begins by asserting that Jagran Solutions owes its extraordinary achievements principally to its ability to forge solid partnership with clients. Sharma said that her company takes ownership of projects and delivers its promises. "Result-oriented planning has stood us in good stead and has ensured a steady pace of growth and elicited acknowledgement from the industry," she said.
Sharma then stressed that Jagran Solutions complemented its customer focus with a high degree of innovativeness. "We are known in the market for our creativity, service, and results," she said. "[We are] possibly the most awarded activation agency in the industry. We have partnered our clients in the areas of brand activations and consumer-connect strategies. We have dedicated extensions into rural and MICE solutions; this makes us the only agency to provide end-to-end MICE solutions." Sharma said that Jagran Solutions had recently organised the Brand Activation Summit in order to share and discuss ways to optimise returns.
Incidentally, Sharma is also the zonal director of Promotional Marketing Awards of Asia and has been playing an active role in the Indian promotion industry.

"That has busted the north-India-centric myth about us. The interesting fact is that 60% of our business is concentrated in West and Southern India."
Sharma said Jagran Solutions has been consistently awarded for small as well as large projects spanning both ends of the spectrum. "And have many first-ever initiatives to our credit, establishing us as clear leader in brand activations via consumer-connect strategies," she said.
