Emami plans to expand its wings

Emami is planning to exapand its wings in overseas, as the company is planning to acquire the Egyptian company within 3-4 weeks.

The company has roped Egyptian consultant as well as a MNC to advise them on the deal. Emami plans to manufacture its products there.

According to reports, this step is part of the group's corporate strategy to strengthened Emami's growth at an accelerated rate of 50-60% CAGR over the next three years.

Reports suggest that not only Egypt but the company is also looking at other countries like Nigeria and South Africa next to acquire assets.
