Xiaomi India & Sonu Sood drive healthcare support in Andhra

Reinforcing its commitment to community welfare and healthcare accessibility, Xiaomi India has partnered with the Sood Charity Foundation to enhance emergency medical support in Andhra Pradesh.
As part of this initiative, Xiaomi India and the foundation have donated four Type B (Patient Transport Vehicles) ambulances to strengthen healthcare infrastructure and improve emergency response in underserved districts across the state.
The ambulances were officially handed over to the Andhra Pradesh government in the presence of Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri N. Chandrababu Naidu, Actor and Philanthropist Sonu Sood, Varun Madan, Chief People Officer, Xiaomi India, and other dignitaries. Designed to provide timely and efficient patient transport, these ambulances are equipped with advanced medical equipment and life-saving tools, ensuring immediate care for those in critical need.

Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri N. Chandrababu Naidu expressed his gratitude for the initiative, stating: "Strengthening our healthcare infrastructure is a priority. This collaboration with Xiaomi India and the Sood Charity Foundation will significantly enhance medical accessibility in remote areas. We deeply appreciate their support in our mission to ensure timely healthcare for every citizen of Andhra Pradesh."
