Zee's Horror Night Shift Party revives ’90s scares
This Halloween weekend, Mumbai’s Dublin Square at Phoenix Market City transformed into a spine-chilling spectacle as Zee Entertainment’s Zee Horror Night Shift Halloween Party thrilled fans with a memorable night of terror and nostalgia.
The event transported attendees back to the '90s, reviving memories of Zee Horror Show, one of India's most beloved horror series that became a cult phenomenon, gripping audiences well into the 2000s.
In a display of glamour and horror, the red carpet saw a parade of stylish yet eerie Halloween looks. Actors Aishwarya Khare, Neeharika Roy, Aditi Sharma, Manan Sachdeva, Krish Chauhan, Rohit Chandel, Punit Sharma, and influencers Funyaasi and Mayur Jumani, stunned fans with their quirky costumes. Host Vipul Roy, currently anchoring Sa Re Ga Ma Pa, entertained the crowd with lively chats about their favorite horror memories, stirring nostalgia among guests.
The highlight of the evening was the ever-daring Uorfi Javed, who arrived in an ensemble that perfectly captured the Halloween spirit, adorned with skulls and faux bloody hands, thrilling the crowd. Uorfi took the stage to deliver an iconic moment, belting out the Zee Horror Show theme from the DJ console, which instantly sent a wave of nostalgia across the party, and had fans reminiscing about the show that once kept them on edge. Reflecting on her love for Halloween, Uorfi shared, “This night was a dream come true. Zee Horror Show has given us so many sleepless nights, and I’m all in for bringing it back!”
