9.9 Media launches "IT Next' targeting India's next generation of CIOs
Explaining the need for the magazine in such a niche area, Vikas Gupta, the Publisher, IT Next and Co-founders, 9.9 Mediaworx, said, "The idea for IT Next emerged from an in-depth survey that we conducted among 100 IT Managers across the country to identify their information needs. This is why the cover story in the inaugural issue is a 7-step guide to becoming a CIO".
Detailing about the magazine Shubhendu Parth, Editor, IT Next, explains, "While the magazine has technology sections like The Big Q, Tech Talk, Insight and How-Tos that focus on enterprise IT problems, it also has a personal development section called The 15-Minute Manager that deals with IT strategy, IT management, business skills, education, training, workforce trends and health."
Launched by the publishers of Digit, India's one of the most read personal technology magazine (IRS 2009) has priced IT Next, the 68 pager at Rs 150, and is being distributed nationwide. The publication also has an associated website www.itnext.in.
