Co-founder Sachin Bhatia leaves MakeMyTrip

Sachin Bhatia, the confounder of MakeMyTrip has put in his papers. Sachin was with the company for last 10 years.

According to the reports, Sachin is starting his own venture. He will continue with the company for at least a month.

He will also continue to be a shareholder in the company and be involved strategically. However he has not divuldged any details about his new venture.

Sachin has played a major role as a head marketing for the company and has played a major role in making it one of the top online travel brand in India as well as in US among NRIs.

Prior to MakeMyTrip, Sachin was with Grey advertising in Delhi and Mumbai. He had managed the marketing initiatives of AMF Bowling Inc., with a focus on India and South Asia, before founding MakeMyTrip.
