The Indian Premier League's govering boy is all set for the auctions on January 19. But the latest buzz doing the rounds is that this seasons auctions lack excitement and lusture, compared to the earlier seasons.

According to the reports, the reason behind it is said to be the rule that the players would get associated with a team only for a year, as all the players would again be auctioned in 2011.
