Katie Jackson appointed as the Chief Marketing Officer at Channel 4

Channel 4 has named Katie Jackson as its new Chief Marketing Officer. In this role, she will oversee marketing and brand strategy across the organization, playing a pivotal part in Channel 4's ambitious Fast Forward strategy aimed at accelerating its transformation into a nimble, digitally-oriented public service streamer.

Reporting directly to Chief Executive Alex Mahon and joining the Executive Team, Jackson will focus on enhancing Channel 4's influence and ensuring its content and brands stand out in a competitive market.

Previously serving as interim Chief Marketing Officer at Channel 4, Jackson has a strong background as Managing Director of the organization's renowned in-house agency, 4creative. Under her leadership, 4creative expanded its vision significantly and contributed to notable growth, recently securing seven Cannes Lions awards. Before her tenure at Channel 4, Jackson held positions such as Chief Operating Officer at TBWALondon and Joint Head of Account Leadership at Grey London.

Katie Jackson assumes her new responsibilities with immediate effect.
