The MTV Bloc Party, in its very 1st year, is set in the Juhu bloc and brings you the best in dance music from across the globe. Headlining is DJ Alesso, ranked among the top 20 DJs in the world & named as the EDM artist to watch out for by MTV International. Also performing live are Deniz Koyu, Jean Elan, Cosmo Klein, Simon Dunmore and Shovel on percussion and many more superstar DJ’s. The MTV Bloc Party is on January 18th and 19th 2013, right alongside the beach on the lawns of the classic Juhu Hotel which is the central hub of the party.  Start your evenings at the Beer Arena, take in the sunset as the early set gets you grooving and then dance your socks off to a live performance from the headlining act of the evening. Post 10 pm, the party moves to 3 clubs across Juhu.  So this year, the party doesn’t end with your New Years Eve celebration as the MTV Bloc Party converts Juhu into one big celebration.

So, what’s different about the MTV Bloc Party … First, the party just goes on and on and on.. 20 hours of good times and great music, this is the longest party in country, something which the party animals of Mumbai crave. Post 10 PM the party spills over to the bars and clubs in Night Bloc, where international DJ’s and India’s top EDM artistes play different genres of electronic music at each club.
