Social Media users demands Tax Reforms!
The need for tax reforms in India and the power of Facebook to drive in public support is inescapable. Day One of TaxSpanner's "Citizens for Tax Reforms" initiative witnessed ten thousand Facebookers signing for it.
Citizen's initiative for Tax reforms: "The Tax Payer's Charter," is an online activist campaign to reform certain impractical tax laws and introducing relevant ones. The final petition will be handed over to the Finance Ministry for consideration, once the charter receives a total of 100,000 signatures.
