"There is no set formula for success" says Ranbir Kapoor
Ranbir Kapoor’s first break in Bollywood came with his lead role in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's film Saawariya in 2007, which unfortunately failed to make waves in the industry. Soon after, his career flourished with hits hits like Wake Up Sid, Ajab Prem Ki Gajab Kahani, Rockstar, Barfi, Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani' among others.
He was last seen in Besharam, which did not perform well at the Box Office, inspite of which the actor does not regret having done the film. Speaking at a recent event he said, "I don't regret doing the film Besharam because for me, every film is a learning experience."
"My first film Saawariya was also a flop and post that I got hits too. According to me there is no set formula to be successful in life," he added.
Post release of Besharam, he left for a holiday and will be back in action soon as he is all set to start shooting for his film Jagga Jasoos, from November 13. The film is directed by Anurag Basu.
For Ranbir, both success and failure are equally important in life. Elaborating on it further he said, "I have done mistakes in life and try to learn from them. Wherever I am today professionally I attribute it to the learning process that came from both success and failure."
Sharing about his ongoing projects he said, "We have completed 40 percent of the film Bombay Velvet and it's been great working with Karan Johar. "
Ranbir will be seen next in Anurag Kashyap's Bombay Velvet where he portrays the role of a Boxer and the film is expected to release in December 2014.
