YES MADAM taps Shraddha Kapoor in latest home salon campaign
YES MADAM, the home salon service, has launched its latest campaign featuring Bollywood star Shraddha Kapoor, developed by The Ridikulus. Titled “Har Expert Salon Expert Nahin Hota,” the campaign positions YES MADAM as the leading expert in delivering personalized and professional salon services at home.
By casting Kapoor as a genuine customer, the campaign highlights the brand’s unique offering of skilled service providers who deliver not just convenience but also a tailored experience, setting it apart from competitors in the market.
As the demand for home salon services grew after the pandemic, YES MADAM, led by co-founders Mayank and Aditya Arya, realized that customers craved the convenience of at-home beauty treatments but were hesitant to embrace them fully due to a perceived lack of personal touch. To change this perception, YES MADAM focused on training its service providers to deliver the same pampering clients expect from their favorite salons.
Shraddha Kapoor, with her relatable ‘girl-next-door’ image, was a natural choice to represent the brand. Instead of a traditional celebrity endorsement, The Ridikulus conceptualized the campaign to portray Kapoor as a real customer discovering the benefits of YES MADAM’s services. The campaign’s three-film series progressively builds her trust in the brand.
The first film shows Kapoor trying the service and discovering the superior expertise YES MADAM offers, while the second introduces her father, Shakti Kapoor, as he questions the brand’s ability to meet his daughter’s needs. The final film, set to release during the festive season, will capture Kapoor’s continued reliance on YES MADAM for personalized care.

Aditya Arya pointed out that their appearance on Shark Tank propelled YES MADAM towards becoming a household name. Co-founder Akanksha Vishnoi added: “Shraddha Kapoor’s association has been a strategic win for us, with her recent box-office success further lifting the brand’s visibility.”
