What inspired you to pursue a career in media and marketing? How did you prepare for this field alongside your other responsibilities?
Ever since my college days, I’ve been intrigued by the transformative potential of data in the realm of marketing. The ability to understand and influence consumer choices in the digital age has always captivated me. This passion naturally led me to pursue a career in media and marketing.
The advent of e-commerce further ignited my interest. I saw an opportunity to leverage digital platforms not just to sell products, but to foster deeper connections between brands and consumers. The vast amount of consumer data available through these platforms opened a world of possibilities for optimization and building lasting brand loyalty. This exciting prospect motivated me to delve deeper into this field.
Did you have any mentors or industry icons in your career who guided your journey? How did they influence your path and growth?
I’ve been fortunate to have several mentors throughout my career who have significantly shaped my professional journey. From them, I’ve learned invaluable lessons in strategic thinking, effective people management, fostering teamwork and cultivating strong client relationships.
Beyond the workplace, I draw inspiration from MS Dhoni. His unwavering passion, self-belief and ability to perform under pressure are qualities I deeply admire and strive to embody in my own life and career.
How do you maintain a healthy work-life balance in a demanding role? What are your go-to practices for managing stress and ensuring personal well-being?
Maintaining a healthy work-life balance has been an ongoing challenge. To mitigate stress and prevent burnout, I have adopted a structured approach that prioritizes time management and regular physical activity.
I ensure I exercise at least three times a week to reduce stress and rejuvenate my mind. Additionally, socializing with family and friends, as well as playing badminton, helps me maintain a balanced perspective on life.
By setting clear boundaries, staying active and investing in personal growth, I’m able to effectively manage the demands of my role and sustain long-term well-being in both my professional and personal life.

Throughout my career, I’ve been privileged to receive multiple industry accolades, both internally and externally. These recognitions underscore my ability to drive substantial growth for brands. I’ve successfully increased online revenue and user acquisition through strategic partnerships and innovative e-commerce campaigns.
The recognition of being named one of ‘30 Under 30’ in media planning/ buying was a pivotal moment. This honour not only validated my work, but also ignited a fire within me to push the boundaries of creativity and strategy.
