dentsu X's CEO, Roopam Garg to leave the organisation

Following an extensive tenure of approximately six years with dentsu X, CEO Roopam Garg has made the decision to transition elsewhere. According to credible sources within the industry, Garg tendered his resignation in May and is anticipated to conclude his association with the organisation in August. According to sources verified by Adgully, despite Roopam Garg's submission of resignation, the organisation is expressing a strong desire to retain him and is currently engaged in efforts to do so.

Garg, an esteemed figure in the media realm, possesses an impressive track record of more than twenty years in the field of communication/media, where he has occupied esteemed leadership positions across five different regions and markets. Previously serving as the Chief Operating Officer at dentsu X until April 2021, he was subsequently promoted to the role of CEO. Prior to his tenure at dentsu, Garg held prominent positions at Rediffusion, Publicis, and GroupM.
