EP: Aaj Tak outshines all Hindi channels with 428,968 concurrent viewership

Aaj Tak has dominated exit poll concurrency, surpassing all competitors combined as streaming takes front seat in media consumption planning. Aaj Tak, in a remarkable demonstration of its unparalleled reach, has emerged as the leading news channel in India

Aaj Tak’s exit poll coverage shattered records, achieving a peak concurrent viewership of 355.3K and an impressive average of 276.8K on YouTube. These remarkable numbers left all competitor channels far behind. Aaj Tak retained its position as the most preferred and viewed news channel in the Hindi-Speaking Market (HSM) segment, accumulating a concurrent viewership of 428,968. India TV, its closest competitor, registered 239,242 concurrent viewers, while ABP News and News24 secured the third and fourth spots with corresponding figures of 165,202 and 96,655, respectively.

Aaj Tak's success is mirrored by its sister channel, which also maintained the number one position throughout the four-hour block from 6 to 10 pm on June 1. This underscores the strength of streaming as a media platform for advertisers.
