Google & ISA seminar explores navigating new normal in evolving markets
Google, in collaboration with the ISA, presented a Knowledge Seminar themed "Evolving Market Landscape: Navigating The New Normal," featuring a panel of eminent figures. Among the esteemed speakers were Shashank Srivastava, a distinguished Member of the Executive Committee at Maruti Suzuki, and Sunil Kataria, Chief Executive Officer of Raymond Lifestyle (India & International). The discussion was moderated by Anuradha SenGupta, the esteemed Founder of @anuradhasays.

Shashank emphasized the need for agility in understanding consumer behavior, stating, "We have to be on our toes to keep up with the constant changes in consumer behaviour." Sunil added to this by underscoring the varied ways consumers engage with different platforms, noting, "Listening analytically to data is very important," and emphasizing that in-store observations are also crucial. He stressed the value of using first-party data to gain insights quickly and effectively.
