IGP launches "Amazing Gifts, Samay Par" campaign

Forget the saying "it's the thought that counts." IGP, a leading online gifting platform, is launching a new campaign that argues timely gifts are the real key to showing you care.
Titled "Amazing Gifts, Samay Par" (Amazing Gifts, On Time), the campaign tackles the age-old dilemma of gift-giving – ensuring your present arrives at the perfect moment.

"We've all been there," says Tarun Joshi, CEO & Founder of IGP. "The frantic last-minute rush, the apologetic 'belated' gift. We want to change that."

The campaign, developed by Talented Agency, features a series of humorous short films set across a variety of eras – from the Ice Age to a futuristic robot-filled world. Each film uses the iconic voice of Harish Bhimani, best known for narrating the classic Indian TV series Mahabharata, to remind viewers of the importance of timely gifting.

"Time isn't just a concept," says Leena Gupta, Founding Member & Creative at Talented Agency. "It's a character deeply embedded in Indian pop culture. That's why we brought in Harish Bhimani to guide us through these different timelines, helping people remember to give the perfect gift, on time, with IGP."

The campaign also boasts a unique visual aesthetic, inspired by 1980s Indian filmmaking.

"We wanted something visually memorable," says Shivang Monga, the campaign's director. "We recreated the look and feel of classic Indian cinema, with chroma screens, practical effects, and a grainy film look. It's a fun, nostalgic way to deliver our message."

The "Amazing Gifts, Samay Par" campaign includes a brand film and a series of shorter videos highlighting specific gifting occasions.

"We're excited to see how this campaign resonates with our audience," says Joshi. "We believe timely gifts can make a real difference, strengthening connections and creating lasting memories."
