Nykaa Fashion CEO Nihir Parikh Resigns Amid Personal Commitments

FSN E-Commerce Ventures, the parent company of Nykaa, announced on December 5 that Nihir Parikh, CEO of Nykaa Fashion, has stepped down from his position. The company confirmed that Parikh has been relieved of his duties effective immediately. Nykaa Fashion is the fashion division of FSN E-Commerce Ventures. In a regulatory filing, FSN E-Commerce Ventures stated, “Nihir Parikh, CEO of Nykaa Fashion and a senior management member, has resigned due to personal reasons. His resignation will be effective by the close of business on December 5, 2024.”

Parikh, who has been with Nykaa for almost a decade, held various key leadership roles throughout his tenure. He joined the company in 2015 as Chief Strategy Officer, later becoming Chief Business Officer in 2016, a position he held for five years. In 2021, he became the CEO of NykaaMan and head of retail. Parikh was appointed CEO of Nykaa Fashion in 2023 while continuing to oversee NykaaMan. Prior to this, he worked as Business Development Manager, Enterprise Solutions at GE Healthcare for around three years.
