Nitin Srivastava joins BBC Hindi as editor

Nitin Srivastava has joined BBC Hindi as the Editor. It will be effective from June 20, 2024. He has served in BBC for a tenure of 18 years and is at present the senior bilingual correspondent. Rajesh Priyadarshi, who was earlier the editor of BBC Hindi, will become the head of editorial policy and compliances. Srivastava has been working in the media industry for the past 20 years.

Nitin Srivastava belongs to Uttar Pradesh. He began his career at Star News (currently ABP News) and joined BBC Hindi in 2006. He has been working there for nearly seven years and assumed the position of India Editor at Microsoft News for a short period of time. After that he rejoined BBC.
