Prime Video gears up for 'Culpa Tuya' release
Prime Video has announced that the highly anticipated Spanish Original film, Culpa Tuya, will premiere worldwide on December 27. This film is the adaptation of the second book in Mercedes Ron's New York Times bestselling series, Culpable.
Following the unprecedented success of the first movie, Culpa Mía, which became the most traveled non-English language local Original in Prime Video history, the sequel continues the saga of Noah and Nick, portrayed by Nicole Wallace and Gabriel Guevara. The original film was a top 10 hit in over 190 countries, including the US, UK, Australia, India, Argentina, and France.
The film also introduces new cast members, including Goya Toledo, Gabriela Andrada, Álex Béjar, Javier Morgade, and Felipe Londoño.
Culpa Tuya will be available exclusively on Prime Video in 240 countries and territories, offering Prime members in India and worldwide the latest addition to their membership benefits.
The film continues to explore the unbreakable love between Noah and Nick, despite the efforts of their parents to separate them. As Noah starts college and Nick embarks on a new job, their lives open up to new relationships, while a revenge-seeking ex-girlfriend and Nick's mother with unclear intentions threaten to shake their bond and the Leister family itself. With so many forces working against them, will their love story endure?
Directed by Domingo González (Culpa Mía, El Bar), who also co-wrote the film with Sofía Cuenca, Culpa Tuya is produced by Pokeepsie Films (Banijay Iberia) (Veneciafrenia, 30 monedas, El bar), with Álex de la Iglesia and Carolina Bang as producers.
