Prime Video drops 'The Tribe' trailer: Indian creators in LA

Prime Video, one of India's most popular entertainment platforms, has unveiled the trailer for its upcoming original reality series, *The Tribe*. This nine-episode unscripted series is produced by Dharmatic Entertainment, with Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, and Aneesha Baig as executive producers. *The Tribe* showcases the lives of five young and glamorous content creators—Alanna Panday, Alaviaa Jaaferi, Srushti Porey, Aryaana Gandhi, and Alfia Jafry—alongside digital evangelist and investor, Hardik Zaveri. The series takes viewers behind the scenes as these influencers relocate to Los Angeles, leaving their families and comfort zones to pursue their dreams. *The Tribe* will premiere on Prime Video in India and in over 240 countries and territories on October 4, in Hindi with English subtitles, as part of the Prime membership.

The trailer gives a glimpse of the drama, friendships, and challenges faced by Alanna, Alaviaa, Srushti, Aryaana, and Alfia as they navigate the competitive influencer scene in Los Angeles. The series captures their journey as they chase fame while juggling personal and professional struggles in the fast-paced world of social media. Hardik Zaveri's CollabTribe, a content creation hub backed by him, serves as the central focus of their journey. As they strive to make CollabTribe a success, the show highlights whether they’ll rise to stardom or face setbacks in achieving their dreams.

"My vision is to bring this incredible group of talented women together under one roof, to create dynamic content as a united force. I firmly believe that working as a collective amplifies everything—whether it’s wealth, fame, or style... We’re confident *The Tribe* will make for a truly binge-worthy experience," said Hardik Zaveri.

Alanna Panday expressed her excitement about the show, saying, "It’s a show that’s all about realness, authenticity, and celebrating brown girls making it big in Los Angeles... it’s the nuances, hardships, and triumphs behind the scenes that shape our journeys and careers."

Alaviaa Jaaferi added, "I wanted to do something different and found my niche as a content creator... *The Tribe* is an incredibly exciting opportunity for all of us, and we are grateful to Dharmatic Entertainment and Prime Video for this platform."
